The venture consists in a complex of 8 towers; one commercial tower, with 260 commercial units in 19 floors and a residential area with 7 residential towers and 663 autonomy units, in a total construction area of 93.870,40m².

SONAE SIERRA BRASIL hired ENGINEERING for the Project Management services of the new “Patio Uberlândia Mall”, located in a region known as “Triangle of Minas” (Triângulo Mineiro). The building will have 69.874m² of built area with 47.653 m² of Gross Leaseble Area (GLA), in a land area of 156.000m². Beyond those numbers, the building will have 211 operational services, including stores, restaurants and cinemas. More than 700 temporary jobs will be generated, and after the opening, there will be more than 2.000 direct jobs.
DEGAS hired ENGINEERING as a Consulting company to manage the LEED-CS Certification process for the new commercial building, that will be built in Belo Horizonte, State of Minas Gerais.
